Below are the forms necessary to complete registration for the academy. Once you have completed the forms they can be emailed to: NESA-ADMIN@nesa.cap.gov or faxed to 334-460-8842. Also listed below is the 2013 Policies and Procedures. Each attendee needs to review this document prior to attendance so that you can be familiar with life at the academy.

There will be NESA items available at the academy.
Course Costs
Options Each Full Course Each Short Course Staff for one or more sessions or short course - only charged once. Registration will stay open until all slots are filled regardless of the date.
Please use online registration to apply for NESA. There is NO offline registration!
Kitchen Scholarships are available. The application is online at the registration link under the supplemental tab. Download it, fill it out and upload it into the registration system.
Payment is now part of the online registration system.
Please click on the following link for an off line payment form be mailed or faxed to NESA with your check for payment.
If you are flying in and need transportation- please make sure we have your flight information.
We can't arrange transportation for those we don't know are coming! Indianapolis International Airport is an hour away and we operate on a transportation schedule.
Hint: Use a check list when packing. We get people every year who forget to pack items.
Please make sure you mark all of your equipment and clothing! We have items lost every year that cannot be identified. We are not responsible for lost items.
